SHIP AND DELIVERY POLICY
All products will typically be delivered between 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Any consumer not receiving products within the stipulated time period may request a refund or request for the products to be sent again. Standard shipping includes a shipping fee of 15 additional rupees per every 500 grams of gross weight. This will be calculated and included in the cost before you input personal/credit card information. Taxes are included in the price of the product and there will be no additional amounts added to the total.
If any consumer is not satisfied with the product(s) received, a refund can be applied for via email, which will be responded to within a maximum of 3 business days. Not all consumers may receive a refund, which will be awarded on a case-by-case basis. Any consumer receiving a faulty or flawed product will receive a full refund upon receipt of proof of the flaw/error.
CANCEL AND RETURN POLICY
All food products are nonreturnable. If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of its being placed, a full refund can be requested via email. Consumers will receive a response within a maximum of 3 business days.
