Progress and Motivation

"Oh God, I still weigh the same", Oh No! I've put on weight again".

Is this you, every time the scale doesn't reflect a number you want to see?

Thoughts like these bring us down, demotivate us from working towards our goal and even affect the people around us. When you are not happy yourself you're not going to make others around you happy either- the negativity affects everything and everyone around you - your work, your family, your friends.

And seriously, why give a weighing scale so much power over yourself?

So what if you haven't lost the weight yet, you will. Soon you will.

So stop worrying, stop constantly checking.

Just stick to your health routine and the benefits will surely follow.

Your weight doesn't define your life and it certainly shouldn't affect how you feel.

Understand the difference.

Say no to starvation.

Diets will bring you muscle loss (not fat loss), irritability, hairfall, lack of concentration, poor immunity and reduced stamina.

Whereas eating healthy will result in healthy weight loss, increases attention span, better sleep, radiant skin, stronger hair and more energy for activities.

No exceptions to this rule!

It takes the same amount of time, the same amount of work, the same amount of effort and the same amount of patience to cultivate a good or a bad habit.

The choice is yours - which one you work towards- punishing your body with a bad habit or rewarding yourself with a good one.

Making small, simple and subtle changes one by one consistently and with perseverance will help get your lifestyle to get healthier slowly and gradually for the long run.
